Cancellation policy

This policy covers the Stockpile Tracker membership from Nelu's Way (The Cornea Co), our only subscription.
How your membership renews
- There are two plans: $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, plus any applicable tax.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year and is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel.
- Launch or promo discounts apply only to the payment they say they cover (for example, your first payment). After that, your plan renews at the regular price.
- If our prices change, we'll let you know before the new price applies to your plan.
How to cancel
You can cancel on your own anytime, in a few taps:
- Log in at nelusway.com and open your account.
- Go to My Membership (direct link).
- Choose your membership and click Cancel subscription.
Prefer a hand? Email hello@nelusway.com, reply to any email from Nelu's Way, or use Send feedback inside the Tracker, and we'll cancel it for you.
What happens when you cancel
- Cancelling stops your next charge right away.
- You keep access to the Stockpile Tracker through the end of the month or year you've already paid for.
- After that, your stockpile is locked. It isn't deleted — when you rejoin, you pick up where you left off.
Refunds
Ask within 7 days of any charge and you'll get a full refund of that charge. A refund ends your membership, and your access ends with it. After 7 days, charges aren't refundable, but you can always cancel so you aren't charged again.
